How It Works – School Procurement Events
1. Register Interest & Book Your Event
Complete a short form or speak to one of our team. It’s quick, easy and there’s no obligation. When you’re ready we will schedule your event for a time & date that suits you and your network.
2. Needs Assessment
We learn about your school group or trust’s current procurement challenges through a short questionnaire
3. Supplier/Solution Matching
We hand pick trusted suppliers based on your goals, ensuring your event is relevant and productive. We’ll also suggest some innovative and new solutions you may not have heard of.
4. Attend the Event
Join an in-person event where you’ll meet suppliers in a relaxed format. Ask questions, explore options, and gather insights. After each meeting we’ll ask you to fill in a brief feedback form.
5. Post-Event Follow-up
You’ll receive helpful supplier information, funding guidance, procurement tips, and optional on-going support. You’ll also receive exclusive offers from each supplier.
6. Receive Your Incentive
Your school group or trust get’s a £1,000 contribution from Rocco Education – a thank you for your valuable time and insight*
